국립공원 생태관광체험프로그램으로 인한 지역경제 파급효과 분석

초록

This study analyzed the characteristics of ecotourists who were participating in the ecotourism experience programs of national parks and inferred economic impacts of them. Regional I-O analysis was adopted to infer provincial economic impacts. This study found that most visitors participating in the programs were the people living at neighboring national park; the ratio of short-term visit was very high; the visit purposes were education for nature and bonds of friends and relations through travel. The total expenditure, that is, national expenditure, of the programs inferred to 12.7 billion won. Output-induced impact resulted from the total expenditure was estimated to 18.3 billion won; income-induced impact was 4.4 billion won; value added-induced impact was 9.8billion won; tax-induced impact was 1 billion won; employee-induced impact was 332 person. The result of this study implies that it may be necessary to develop an ecotourism experience program that can induce long-term stay at park which are aiming to achieve maximizing economic impact for local economy.
