주상복합시설 용도변화가 상권형성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

초록

The city's commercial district is the place in which the main economic and social activities of the city are concentrated, and it is the specialized-function strict in that the city's sales function or business function is integrated in the district. However, it is true that there is a lack of the empirical study and consideration about how the change of the purposes of mixed-use facility use will influence on the center of a commercial zone. The aim of this research is to grasp the characteristics of urban change based on the progression of commercial zone formation due to the building use change of mixed-use facility and to analyze characteristics of each type. Finally, this research will suggest the uses of data base and the cases of city maintenance guidelines for proper downtown management.
