재무적투자자를 활용한 지역개발사업방식에 관한 연구

초록

The aim of this study is to seek diversified methods for procurement of investment resources in connection with regional development project of which demand has rapidly increased along with the progress of localization. To accomplish the purpose, not only Special Purpose Company(SPC) Method that is a general business method in present days where civil capital participates in the regional development project, direct investment method according to the agreement, but also method of jointly controlled business a new business method in which financial investors actively participate in the regional development project are presented in this study. In line with this, this study intends to look for business method to induce financial investors further in pursuing regional development projects.
