음성 사용자 인터페이스(VUI)의 사용성 범주 추출 -AI 비서를 중심으로

Recently, Voice User Interface(VUI) technologies are widely spreading to our daily life. However, there are few researches to summarize the practical category of usability related to VUI. In this study, we extracted the usability category of VUI based on a series of qualitative researches with participants who have experience in AI assistants. A total of 464 opinions were collected from 74 users by pros, cons and expected values related to AI assistant. Based on this data, 18 types of usability categories of VUI were derived through a qualitative analysis and expert interviews. As a result, we identified that factors related to anthropomorphism, personalization, and transparency are relatively important factors in VUI design. These results will be useful for future studies regarding the usability of VUI.
