서울시 공공임대형 공동체주택 거주자의 거주만족에 관한 연구: 예술인맞춤형 공동체주택을 중심으로

초록

The Seoul expects artists to be the leader for community revitalization at the same time by supplying artistic community housing as part of public rental housing. This study starts against the backdrop that it is necessary to ensure that artists living in community housing are satisfied with their current residence before contributing to the community. The results of this study are as follows. First, a variety of social interactions were taking place internally and externally centering around the artists residing in artistic community housing, and this enabled us to confirm the possibility of our role as a hub for revitalizing the community. Second, all of the research sites were dissatisfied with public communication, which requires an interim role between the public and residents through a housing coordinator specializing in community housing in the future. Third, unlike those directly involved in the housing design, those that proceeded to enter after completion were found to be dissatisfied with the housing space and performance. It is necessary to select preliminary residents to supply artistic community housing in the future and participate in some design and planning to supply them by taking into account the characteristics of artists.
