창업자의 경험 특성이 스타트업의 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : ICT 기술창업 스타트업을 중심으로

초록

This study investigates the effects of experience characteristics of entrepreneurs on firm performances. We conducted an empirical analysis focusing on technology-based start-ups in ICT. We categorized the experience characteristics of entrepreneurs into final academic background, major, previous work experience, previous entrepreneurship experience, and accelerator program experience. And the firm performances were used by classifying on sales, sales per person, and the number of investment. We found that previous work experience and accelerator program experience affect firm performance. This study can be utilized when policy making and practice about technology-based start-ups in ICT.
