초록

Calcium phosphate has many different kinds of phases, such as CaHPO4·2H2O (dicalcium phosphate dihydrate, DCPD), Ca8H2(PO4)6 (Octacalcium phosphate, OCP), and Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2 (hydroxyapatite, HAP), etc [1]. Among them, HAP has been applied to various biomaterials because of its biocompatibility for hard and soft tissue [2]. Silk fibroin (SF) is a protein fiber and bioactive polymer with mechanical strength, elasticity, and suppleness [3]. It should be known that the degummed silk without the sericin is favored for biomaterials [4]. In this study, we directly prepared silk-apatite from dissolved SF by controlling the process comprehensively.
