리걸테크 창업 시 서비스 생애주기에 따른 법적 쟁점에 관한 연구 — 판결 예측 서비스를 중심으로 —

초록

The main purpose of this article is to explore the legal issues and problems that a founder will face when starting a legal tech business while following the life cycle of the judgement prediction service. To this end, the contents and operation method of the judgment prediction service proposed in this paper were first specified, and the life cycle of the service was analysed by dividing it into design and development stages, launch stages, and utilization stages. Specifically, issues related to the Personal Information Protection Law, the disclosure of trial records, the nature of artificial intelligence, the Attorney-at-Law Act and the Product Liability Law, which can occur at each stage from design and development to launch and consumer use of judgment prediction, were considered. Subsequently, solutions and appropriate direction of discussion for each issue were proposed based on comparative analysis. It is considered that it is time for a comprehensive discussion of the legal tech service's overall discipline, as well as the legal issues and problems mentioned in this paper.
