테크노스트레스 유발요인과 테크노스트레스 구성요인 과의 관계에 관한 연구

초록

[Purpose] This study is to perform an empirical analysis of the relationship between promoting factors and characteristics of technostress in rapidly changing ICT environment. [Methodology] For empirical test of study hypothesis, the data were collected from 620 employees of firms located in Deagu metropolitan city by survey method during 2019.2－2019.3. [Findings] The promoting factors of technostress have different effects on the components of technostress. Negative organizational atmosphere strengthens technostress, and technostress is high when role ambiguity is high. Techno overload is influenced by core job characteristics, role ambiguity, and organizational atmosphere. Techno violation is effected by the autonomy, role ambiguity, and organizational atmosphere. Techno complexity is affected by the task importance, feedback. Lastly techno uncertainty is influenced by feedback, organizational atmosphere, and autonomy. [Implications] This study analyzed the causal factors of each component of technostress experienced by the practitioners in the practical field according to the introduction of new ICT technology. The promoting factors of technostress that induce them were analyzed in depth at the job level, individual level, group level, and organization level.
