노후 공동주택 철근콘크리트 전단벽 휨 보강상세 및 보강효과

초록

The purpose of this study is to develop the retrofitting details of the reinforced concrete shear wall according to the vertical extension remodeling of the aged multi-family housing. Also, by conducting a full-scale structural experiment to which the flexural retrofitting details were applied, the basis and determination of the flexural retrofitting details according to the experimental results were proved. The researched and developed flexural retrofitting method has the advantage of being able to change the reinforcing detail flexibly according to the required amount of reinforcement without changing the size of the wall before and after retrofitting as a shear wall end excavating type retrofitting method.
