미술영재교육 프로그램 기준 개발 연구

초록

In this study, the standards for education programs for gifted artists were developed and proposed to enhance the responsibility of education programs for talented artists operated by gifted children and gifted children, and to provide a basis for quality management based on the standards provided. Based on a prior study on the education of art gifted children, it was focused on the detailed standards of art education programs and the justification of the expert Delphi Survey. As a result, it divided the criteria for education programs for gifted artists into four categories: “Creation and appreciation”, “Integrative Exploration,” “Practical Experience” and “Identity and Specialization” and 17 sub-components. Each component was mapped out according to the level so that it can link and deepen the elements into level 1, level 2, and level 3 of the extension phase. The program is also designed to enhance the understanding of the characteristics of the educational programs for gifted artists (proposed by the plan) by reflecting the characteristics of the educational programs that are flexibly designed and constructed by layering.
