코로나19 상황에서 수정된 IPA를 활용한 대학생활만족도-중요도 분석: L 대학을 중심으로

초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the satisfaction level of college life and what to identify which areas need investment and maintenance according to the perspective of college students, who are the educational end-users in the COVID-19 situation. For this purpose, 130 students from small-sized L-College in the metropolitan area were analyzed for their satisfaction with college life and importance. The study conducted descriptive statistics analysis, and Deng's (2007) revised IPA analysis with SPSS. The results of the IPA matrix analysis with the collected data are as follows. First, we identified the content and methods of lessons in the field of education in non-face-to-face situations in the “concentrate further” area. Second, a specialized field management is needed because of the lack of support for both industrial-academic cooperation programs and job search supporting programs compared to the students’ needs. Third, the result shown in the “keep up the good work” area confirmed that sufficient support for the class system and learning environment is being provided, which then requires continuous maintenance. Fourth, among the areas of “keep up the good work”, it was found that college members need to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships in the four areas of social service, internationalization, and communication culture, as well as continuous maintenance of service and unit exchang. This study suggests a continuous maintenance and reinforcement plan to improve the L-college’s education quality through these results.
