Urine LTE4 concentration is significantly correlated with SCORAD index in children with atopic dermatitis and Urine LTE4 may be useful markers of atopic dermatitis activity in children. Serum ECP level is not significantly correlated with SCORAD index and is not different among children with mild, moderate, and severe atopic dermatitis
