도시재생을 위한 시민참여 교육프로그램의 운영현황과 개선방안 연구

초록

The purpose of this study is to suggest implications of citizen participatoryeducation programs(CPEP). We set criteria which are goals, subjects, programs, places,main operators and support systems of CPEP for analysing current state of them. Maincontents of this study set up 3 goals of CPEP, and then carry out case study and expertsurvey, based on them. The results of this study are as follows. 1) There are three goalsof CPEP. First is to raise citizens' understanding and interest, second is citizenparticipation in regeneration planning. Third is to make citizen an influential subject inregeneration projects and local activities. 2) It is necessary to attract various participants,such as residents, NGOs, administrations and local development companies. 3) Educationprograms for citizens need to be continued regularly including life long educationprograms etc. 4) Spaces and facilities of universities should be used smoothly throughcooperation between the university and the local government. 5) Local governmentsshould lead the CPEP building collaborative system with expert groups. 6) Traineessupport system requires more sophisticated qualifications and operational standards afterCPEP. Finally, we suggest the operation plan for CPEP based on the results of this study.
