Most of industries are changed by development of Information Technologies. And new services require new information technologies. Banking service is the good reference for analyzing these convergence trends. In these days, banking services are expanded with internet service and mobile technology for customer satisfaction. This study analyzes the influence factors in using internet banking and mobile financial services.
