상업가로 가로환경개선사업에 대한 주야간 평가 연구 - 광진구 미가로를 중심으로

초록

This study aims to evaluate the street environment improvement project of commercial street during the day and night. Beyond the existing fragmentary street environment and landscape evaluation, the study tried to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the street by combining the machine’s objective and overall analysis with the person’s subjective and partial interpretation. For this, visual complexity, color, and eye-tracking analyses were used. As a result, the study reached the following conclusions. First, the current street satisfaction during the daytime was higher than the past, and the factors changed by the implementation of the project had a positive effect on the change in satisfaction. Second, people perceived parking vehicles as negative both day and night, and it is thought that further action will be needed to improve them. Third, the attention was usually focused on signboard lights and standing boards at night, evaluating them as negative, and thus it is necessary to plan additional guidelines for night lights and standing boards.
