에피소드 요소와 직무 몰입의 이론적 관계와 에피소드 요소 탐색을 통한 구조적인 개념적 통합 모형

초록

The aim of this study 1 is to identify theoretical relationships among episodic resources, thriving, variable work engagement, and stable work engagement, and the study 2 has its aim to explore the episodic resources and to construct a conceptual integration model to find structure in which individuals are driven to work engagement. ‘Episodes’ included job demands and job resources identified in previous research and home resources as the work environment expanded to home due to COVID-19. The literature review identified 268 articles published overseas from January, 2019 to April 15th, 2021. As a result of study 1, the theoretical relationships of episodic resources, thriving, variable work engagement and stable work engagement were identified based on Job demand-resource theory (JD-R theory), Broaden-build theory, and Cognitive evaluation theory. As a result of study 2, episodic resources were primarily classified as cognitive and emotional factors, and reclassified as cognitive task-oriented internal and external factors, emotional egocentric internal and external factors. To sum up, this study identified how cognitive and emotional factors are related within daily life and work situation through integrated conceptual model. These findings provide theoretical foundation for the empirical study of the episodic resources and work engagement and the episodic factors that can be experienced through the expansion of work environment.
