건설기업의 프로젝트 관리역량이 프로젝트 성과에 미치는 영향: 지식공유 조절효과 건설산업 중심

초록

In a rapidly changing business environment, construction companies invest a lot of time and money in project management to secure a continuous competitive advantage, but they are still struggling with project management. Looking at the recent trends of construction companies, they are actively seeking creative problem-solving plans using knowledge to carry out projects. This use of knowledge can identify problem-solving measures through instruction sharing, and knowledge sharing is becoming an essential capability for corporate survival. The purpose of this paper is to identify the relationship between the main factors of knowledge sharing to improve project management capabilities and project performance, and to verify what role a company's project management capabilities play in the impact relationship on project performance. In this study, the operational definition of variables was established through prior research surveys on project management competencies, knowledge sharing, and project performance, and a questionnaire was planned in line with the hypothesis. The survey was conducted on office workers belonging to a project organization of a construction company or a similar organization. A total of 174 copies were collected and multiple regression analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and research model suitability verification using SPSS21 and AMOS22 were conducted, and the moderating effect was confirmed through empirical analysis. This study aims to contribute to improving the competitiveness of the construction industry by presenting guidelines for establishing a knowledge sharing system for construction companies.
