개정소년법의 과제와 전망

초록

The Draft of the Juvenile Act passed the Congress in December 2007. New Juvenile Act is putting some meaninful tasks to korean juvenile justice system. In this article are surveyed the principles and the process of the revision of the Juvenile Act and suggested several ways of performing these tasks. The contents of this article is as follows; Ⅰ.
