근린환경만족도 및 지역사회 애착도가 마을만들기활동 참여에 미치는 영향 연구- 한남1 재정비촉진지구를 중심으로

초록

This study analyzes influences of the satisfaction with the neighborhood environment andattachment to the location, on residents’ participation in community-building activities. Resultshave shown that: 1. in terms of attachment to the place, neighborhood facilities have influenceon identity and dependence; 2. service does not wield any influence on identity, dependence,and social preference, and; 3. transportation factors have influence on identity, dependence, andsocial preference. Seen from the perspective of attachment to the place, identity and socialpreference have influence on participation in community-building activities but not ondependence. Taken from the perspective of satisfaction with the neighborhood environment andattachment to the place as per residents’ propensity, different participation rates have beennoted by age and community-dwelling period.
