리튬 이차전지 음극 활물질용 anatase TiO2 나노입자의 수열 합성방법
초록
In this work, a nano-sized TiO2 powders has been successfully synthesized by hydrothermal method. The TiO2 powders post-calcined at 500oC have a reversible capacity of 170mAh g-1 with capacity retention of 95% after 100cycles.
