초록
Polyhydroxyalkanoates synthesized by various micro-organisms have attracted many researchers. As Poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyhexanoate) is one of Polyhydroxyalkanoates, it has been focused on due to its biocompatibility and biodegradability. The wet spinning has been effective in controlling the spinnability due to relatively lower processing temperature, providing better mechanical properties of the fiber. In this study, we prepared four types of coagulation solution such as methanol, ethanol, n-propyl alcohol, 2-prophanol and inspected them conscientiously. We prepared Poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyhexanoate) fibers having a great potential for the various application fields by wet spinning process.
