업무-기술적합(TTF)이 그룹웨어 사용과 성과에 미치는 영향: 조절효과를 중심으로

This study investigates the moderating effects regarding the influences of task-technology fit (TTF). We also provide a new perspective about the measurement of TTF. Traditional method measures the perception of users about the degree of TTF, whereas our study measures the degree of supply and demand of information technologies in executing tasks, and analyzes the influence of the discrepancies between supply and demand on various aspects of IT use (amount of IT use and influence on task improvement). We found that job tenure and task characteristics influence IT use but do not improve task performances. However, perceived usefulness and ease-of-use had significant influence on task performances, while they did not influence IT use. Our findings have the implication that TTF has various influences on IT use and task performances according to various contexts. Even after TTF is perceived, intention to use IT is more attributed to non-IT factors such as task characteristics and tenure. TTF also has more positive influence on task performance when users perceive the positive value in usefulness and ease-of-use.
