숙의를 통한 융복합 교육과정의 가능성 탐색- 미술과-국어과 교육과정을 중심으로 -

초록

Based on the critical reflection on the ongoing augmentation of STEAM Education and the structural limitations of National curriculum, this study attempts to search for the possibility of convergence education based on National curriculum. First, the literature review is conducted so as to ponder upon the limitations of discipline-centered curriculum,which embodies the scientific rationalism. As the alternative approach,the Schwab’s concept of Deliberation is thoroughly revisited in regard to its factors and stages. Then, this study represents the whole process of the group deliberation, which demonstrates how the concept of deliberation is actually applied to the curriculum reconstitution for convergence education, and what kind of outcome can be drawn as the result. The significance of this study can be found not only in the fact that it seeks for the conceptual framework for the curriculum development in convergence education, but also in its implication for practical ways to initiate convergence education in art education and Korean language education.
