인문역량 검사도구의 개발: 신뢰도 및 타당도 분석

In the era of the new paradigm of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, Korean government has supported a number of educational programs at university level to strengthen students' capabilities. Through academic convergence, these programs aim at nurturing talented students who will lead the challenging future with uncertainties. Under the CORE(Human Resources Capacity Building) project, the selected universities have established various convergence curricula to cultivate their students’ capabilities so that they can take up the challenge in the future. The Project prompts the participating universities to develop and manage humanities-based convergence educational curricula for humanties majors, as well as for more comprehensive humanties education for some specific target students. The purpose of this study is to develop a test tool to measure humanities capability, and evaluate the effectiveness of the curricula developed through the CORE project. We provide in the paper the reliability and exploratory factor analysis of total 125 items, of which are divided into 3 main axes, identity, communication, and future adaptation.
