BIM 도입의 한계와 인식변화에 관한 연구

초록

Recently, contractors and owners are aware of the potential use of BIM ; therefore expectation and demand have been increased drastically. BIM based design demand more building information than the traditional design process and that makes design firms hard to adopt BIM. Main reason is that people expect BIM tool to deliver the same style as 2D base drawings even though expression method of building information is different. Since the CAD system were adopted in the construction industry, a lot of technical achievements have been made. However, delivery and presentation of building information is still dependent on former 2D drawing method.
