차량 부품의 동강성 성능 개선을 위한 다중 재료 위상최적설계

초록
This paper presents a multi-material topology optimization process for the design of an automotive component structure considering the dynamic stiffness performance. In the commercial software for structural design optimization, the SIMP based topology optimization method is generally used. However, the intermediate density result of the SIMP method make a large difference in the performance calculation from the dynamic analysis after post-processing. In this paper, we propose a multi-material topology optimization process for considering dynamic stiffness performance based on the analysis results data of the commercial software. A multi-level set model based topology optimization method was employed to find the optimum material distribution of an automotive component structure. It was confirmed that the optimum result of the proposed method has no intermediate density and the dynamic stiffness was increased compared with the optimum design result of commercial software.
