고가도로 하부 공간 유휴지의 용도별 시설 특성 연구

초록

The suitability of each use was considered by reflecting the characteristics of only the under space to specify the criteria for planning the under space of the overpass. In order to find out what factors should be considered for each use space in the under space of the overpass, domestic and foreign case analysis and the number of users were conducted focusing on the analysis factors derived from the literature review. Sports facilities should designate sports events according to the size of the overpass, consider the surrounding population distribution and the height of overpass in the case of cultural facilities, and in the case of rest facilities and parks, the planar shape and various access routes should be planned.
