지역별 119구급대 반응시간 충족 현황과 관련 요인: 85개 시·군·구를 중심으로

초록

This study analyzed the emergency activity reports for 2022 from 85 local governments to the factors that affect the time and median time of emergency events. The median 119 ambulance response times in the 85 cities and counties were 37 minutes RTt, 10 minutes RT₁, 1 minute RT₂, and 15 minutes RT₃. The median RT₁ was 7 minutes (Dong-gu, Busan and Dong-gu, Ulsan) and 17 minutes (Sinan-gun, Jeollanam-do), with disparities between the regions. The proportion of RT₁s met within 9 minutes (RT1-9) was also different, with 64.6% (Dong-gu, Busan) and 17.4% (Sinan-gun, Jeollanam-do). Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that a higher number of 119 ambulances per area was associated with a higher likelihood of meeting RT1-9 (OR = 9.160, 95% CI:1.179-91.594). The deployment of 119 emergency resources per square meter of area needs to be increased while reducing regional disparities in response times.
