CHAID 및 산점도를 활용한 자원회수시설 간접영향권 파악과 정책적 의미

초록

This study analyzes the range of indirect impact area in resource recovery facility because it is not enough to limit the range in 300m by collectively law. The CHAID & Scatter Diagram analysis are used in this study by clarifying the relationships between Official Land Price and range from resource recovery facilities. The result of this study shows that the inflection point of resource recovery facility in Gangnam appeared about 554m. Then the inflection point of resource recovery facility in Nowon appeared about 328m and the inflection point of resource recovery facility in Yangcheon appeared about 483m. Therefore, the range of indirect influence area should be regulated by a region than a flat standard. And then the set of the standard range of indirect influence area is necessary to approach scientifically.
