경쟁적 심리 분위기가 악의적 선망과 지식은폐에 미치는 영향: 절차공정성과 과업상호의존성의 조절된-조절된 매개효과

초록

The purpose of this study is to present the moderated-moderated mediating effect of procedural justice and task interdependence on the relationship between competitive psychological climate and knowledge hiding through malicious envy. To achieve the purpose, a survey was conducted on 300 workers in office work. The analysis revealed several key findings. First, malicious envy mediated the relationship between competitive psychological climate and knowledge hiding. Second, the interaction effect of competitive psychological climate and procedural justice was positively related to malicious envy. Lastly, the moderation of the positive indirect effect of competitive psychological climate on knowledge hiding by procedural justice was moderated as task interdependence changed(moderated moderated mediation). Based on the results of this study, theoretical and practical implications were presented, and limitations of the study and directions for future researches were discussed.
