초록
Project financing was mainly used for overseas construction orders in Korea. But, since Private Finance Promotion was established in 1994, it has been used as a means of financing delivery equipment for the construction of social overhead capital. However, project financing owners tend to consider only the risks and profits of construction in the risk analysis and it has a potential concern to be unable to respond to any unexpected problems. Therefore, the role of CM which is able to minimize operational risks by managing the overall flow from initial stages is emerging. This study han an aim to study the synergistic effects of a CM for the improvement of project financing running successfully with professional and efficient management.
