인간-AI 협력 역량이 대학생의 AI 진로흥미에 미치는 영향: 진로 관련 심리적 자원의 조절효과

초록

This study investigated the influence of college students' human-AI collaboration competency on their interest in AI-related careers and examined the moderating effects of career-related psychological resources. A self-report survey was conducted with 418 undergraduate students at S University, a large research university in Seoul, Korea, and the data were analyzed using moderated regression analysis. Human-AI collaboration competency had a significant positive effect on interest in AI-related careers. Career decision-making flexibility significantly moderated this relationship, strengthening the positive effect as flexibility increased, whereas career concerns did not show a significant moderating effect. These findings highlight the importance of developing human-AI collaboration competency and suggest the need for interventions to enhance career-related psychological resources, particularly career decision-making flexibility.
