시상면 X-ray 기반 척추 유한요소 단순화 모델 생성 및 이의 신뢰성 검증

This study, as a basic study to implement the whole spine model, created a finite element model that simplified the overall spine shape based on medical images and verified the reliability of the generated simplified lumbar spine model. And by generating representative models according to the shape of the pelvis, it was confirmed that it can be applied to various spine shapes. Among them, the neutral pelvis (NP) type is the most similar to the existing finite element analysis model. The finite element model of this study created a simplified spine model based on the sagittal line based on the 2D X-ray images, rather than the conventional method of implementing a curved surface in 3D. In order to verify the reliability of the simplified spinal model, the external force under the same conditions performed on the human spine cadaver experiment was performed on the finite element model of this study. The range of motion results was compared with the results of previous studies that performed 3D medical image-based finite element analysis under the same conditions as the results of the cadaver experiment.
