프로그램 논리에 기반한 산업안전교육현황 및 논리 분석

초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Korea occupational safety program based on program theory. For empirical and systemic analysis program theory draft was designed and survey developed and conducted based on it. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, level of most items of action theory and change theory except transfer were high. Second, 4 factors such as trainer competency, program contents, operation and management and learning environment were found and reliability of each factors were high. Third, most of variables of action theory and change theory were significantly correlated. Prior learning, learning attitude, program contents, operation and management, learning satisfaction effected on learning level, prior behavior effected on behavior level and cost-benefit, behavior, prior behavior effected on result level. This result indicates that Korea occupational safety program should be systemized and the effort to improve behavior level is required.
