초록

Research on residential and residential movements has been conducted in various ways.However, since the establishment of the housing residence, the study of the housing selection criteria and the possibility of housing mobility are insufficient. The study aims to contribute to the change in the residential market by analyzing the factors influencing the housing selection criteria and influencing the housing market by analyzing the factors influencing the housing selection standards. The results of the major analysis are as follows. First of all, the construction of state and sound conditions in relation to the internal environment of the residential housing was found to be planning to move in the region.
