Synthesis and Characterization of Novel metal and metal free phthalocyanines with symmetric and unsymmetric Crown Ether group

This work reports on the synthesis of new symmetrically and asymmetrically substituted phthalocyanines bearing four or eight benzo-15-crown-5 ether unit.
