초록
이 발표는 국가인권기구인 한국의 국가인권위원회의 경험을 토대로 인권기구의 역할과 과제를 살핀 것이다. 설립 이후 8년간의 활동을 통해 들어난 독립성의 문제, 인권기구 통합의 문제, 국제인권규범의 국내적 이행의 문제 등을 다루었다.
