미술활동 공간 사례분석을 통한 유아대상 미술교육 환경개선 공간모델 제안 -전도식기 유아 미술 활동 공간을 중심으로-

초록

As studies found that there are differences between preschoolers in the top and bottom 25 percent in daily activity preference depending on the quality of classroom environments, learning environments exercise a lot of influence on the learning preference and attitudes of young children. Art is a physical and emotional activity, and that is an activity to cooperate in various ways in the given space. However, many existing preschool educational institutions don"t provide any specialized spaces for art education only. Therefore in this study, a daycare center where lots of preschoolers experience art activities was selected as a space whose environments was to be improved, and a spatial construction model that could ensure the effective performance of art activities among young children was suggested. What"s related to artistic experience among the five areas of the revised 2019 Nuri curriculum was selected to make an inquiry into the theoretical background of it, and then four daycare centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province were visited in December, 2019, to analyze their educational environments for each area to find out the state of the educational institutions. The results of the analysis were arranged to determine what improvements should be made to create better early childhood art education environments to formulate a spatial model, which was centered on multimedia activities and community activities. And the results of the study were finalized by obtaining feedback from three experts who were an art education expert, an early childhood education expert and a daycare center teacher. In conclusion, the spatial model for the improvement of early childhood art education environments that was presented by making a case analysis of art activity spaces is expected to enhance the quality of art learning among preschoolers in the preschematic stage and to provide their teachers with an efficient space for art activities.
