초록
For the analysis of atomic processes of the divertor plasma, we have developed Thomson scattering and optical emission spectroscopic system at the source chamber of MAP(material and plasma)-II device in the University of TOkyo with low magnetic field(about 200 G), yet there has been no full comparison with data of various electric probes. For the measurement and comparison of electron density, electron temperature, plasma potential, flow velocity and negative ion density, we habe developed a rotatable fast-scanning multiple probe system, which is composed of single, Mach, negative ion, and/or emissive probe.
