대학생의 진로장벽인식이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향: 긍정심리자본의 매개효과

초록

The purpose of study was to investigate the factors affecting college students’career preparation behavior. For this purpose two variables were selected(career barriers-independent varivale, positive psychological capital- mediating variable). The results obtained from this study are as follows. First, according to the analysis of the effect of perceived career barriers on the positive psychological capital, the perceived career barriers of college students has a direct effect on positive psychological capital. This means that the higher the perceived career barriers, the lower the positive psychological capital. Second, perceived career barriers has a negative effect on career preparation behavior. This means that the higher the perceived career barriers, the lower the career preparation behavior. Third, positive psychological capital has positive effect on career preparation behavior. This means that the higher the positive psychological capital, the higher the career preparation behavior. Fourth, the study demonstrated the mediating relationship of positive psychological capital on relations between career barriers and career preparation behavior.
