미국의 LEED와 G-SEED와의 인증사례 비교를 통한 인증 전문분야별 반영률 분석 연구: 공동주택의 외부 환경 중심으로
A Study on the Analysis of Reflection Rate by Certification Specialty through a Comparative Case Study of LEED in the U.S. and G-SEED: Focusing on the External Environment of Apartment Housing

초록
Green building certification is key to climate action and carbon neutrality. This study compares LEED and G-SEED in apartment housing, revealing lower reflection rates in G-SEED for land use(23.8%) and ecology(23.6%) than LEED(land use 79.1%, transportation 70.9%). G-SEED prioritizes indoor environment and maintenance, while LEED emphasizes urban planning and accessibility. To enhance G-SEED, this study suggests increasing evaluation weights for the external environment and adding criteria such as the sky view factor, open space, and barrier-free design.
