결혼 후 3년 이내 출산이 주택소비에미치는 영향

초록

The study aims to analyze the effects of the newly married couples' childbearing on the housing consumption. In other words, we analyze the effects of the childbearing between 3 years after the marriage on the housing consumption. The married couples who have given birth between 3 years after their marriages are an important policy target group to whom the government primarily provides the housing. The main results of the study are the following:First, we analyzed the effects of newly married couples' childbearing on the owner- occupation. The probit estimates for analyzing the effect of the childbearing between 3 years after the marriage on the probability of owner-occupation indicate that households who became parents between 3 years after their marriages are less likely to become homeowners. Second, the effects of the newly married couples' childbearing on the first housing consumption after their marriages were analyzed. The childbearing between 3 years after the marriage reduces the first housing consumption by 5.3%. Third, we empirically analyzed the effects of newly married couples' childbearing on the current housing consumption. The childbearing between 3 years after the marriage reduces the current housing consumption of the homeowner by 4.2% and reduces the current housing consumption of the tenant by 4.5%.
