Reliability Analysis of Domestic-Data on the Demand Factor of Transformers Dedicated to Logistics Automation Facilities

초록

The domestic logistics market is pursuing logistics automation and logistics smartization to meet consumer demands. Logistics automation has the advantage of reducing logistics costs and increasing delivery speed. When using a transformer dedicated to logistics automation facilities, a large transformer capacity is selected. The factor used to reduce the capacity of this transformer is the demand factor, but there is no demand factor standard applied to logistics transformers in Korea yet. In the case of the demand factor applied to calculate the capacity of the dedicated transformer for logistics automation equipment, there is little domestic data, so 100%, which is the recommended data from foreign equipment companies, is often applied. This causes the problem of over-designing the dedicated transformer capacity of logistics automation equipment. In this paper, we compared and reviewed data related to domestic demand factor and actual logistics facility data.
