성인발달장애인의 자기결정 지원에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구

초록

This study is to analyze the factors affecting support for self determination of persons with developmental difficulties. As a result of analysis, we can find out that the knowledge and awareness of the worker is the main affecting factors and the policy of institution is also affect the support for self determination of persons with developmental difficulties. Therefore, it seems to be necessary to enhance the knowledge and awareness of the worker and reform the policy of institution in order to improve the support for self determination of persons with developmental difficulties. To this end, we should make an effort to develop the policy to reform the perception and environment of institution, reinforce the training for workers, and strengthen the education for person with developmental difficulties and their parents on self determination, self advocacy, and human rights.
