金聖嘆의 詩, 시 속의 聖嘆

초록

This study analyzed the transmission and structure of poetical works with Chenyinlou Poetry Collection, the poetical works of Jin Shengtan as the texts, and furthermore, examined the inside and achievements of the poet contained in his poems. As the basis of argument, the life of Jin Shengtan was summarized. For understanding the text, publication, transmission and structure of Chenyinlou Poetry Collection were outlined and his achievement, scope and tendency of social intercourse and rhetorical features were investigated. The research results indicated that Jin Shengtan didn’t leave Suzhou(蘇州) in his whole life and sincerely devoted himself on Buddhism. His subtle viewpoints were also focused on. Jin Shengtan expressed special attention on small and weak existence. It’s the unique emotion of Jin Shengtan and embodied as the aesthetics of small existence emphasizing efficiency of ‘small or invisible sings’ in the fictions and play criticism. Yuma Hill(Vimala-kīrti) and Tao Yuanming, historical figures, were considered as being the same. Such consideration implies pursuit of Mahayana Buddhism insisting non-duality of equality and the identity of people from a collapsed country in the transition period of dynasties. Jin Shengtan didn’t come from a prosperous family. It was estimated that his family was destroyed during his childhood. Jin Shengtan had a wife, more than two daughters and a son. While his love for his family was very unique, he was always poor and anxiety never stopped because his wife suffered from diseases for a long time. Even in spite of such anxiety in his family, the voice of his children reading books resonated in his house and created pleasant mood. Jin Shengtan posed as the reader and such attitude was also applied to children whether a child was a girl or a boy. The inner vibration facing the transition period of dynasties was also examined. Jin Shengtan maintained the intensive awareness of a person from a collapsed country during the transition period from Ming to Qing dynasty, but he got to aspire going into the government service and governing a country in his latter years due to several reasons. However, he became the victim of irony as being executed by the order of the emperor he extolled in accordance with the national law. Jin Shengtan was the icon in the fantasy due to rumors or as the author of books for a long time. This study eliminated the obscure rumors and bamboo grove of words and restored the actual aspects of Jin Shengtan who breathed, spoke, laughed and smiled as meeting him in a daily life.
