초록
Antimony-doped tin oxide(ATO) has been widely studied for transparent eletrodes, heat mirrors, and energy storage device because it exhibits good transparency and electical conductivity. The ATO film is generally formed by vapor phase reactions such as sputtering, CVD and spray pyrolysis because the sol-gel coating has a tendency to make the film with substantial porosity and therfore low conductivity. However, sol-coating method using the stable ATO nanoparticles less than 10nm in size through Peptizing the coarse precipitate obtained by hydrothermal reaction with tetramethylammonium hydroxide(TMAH). The obtained nanoparticles could be well redispersed to eethanol up to 25 wt%. The ATO fil was prepared by the spin coating technique with on heat treatment and its optical and electrical properties depending on the doping concetration, solid content, and another additional dopant of vanadium were discussed
