Cystic lymphangioma arising from mesocolon

A 47-year-old woman was referred to our hospital with a history of acute left lower abdominal pain for 4 days and huge palpable mass on left abdomen. Significant past medical history had acute hepatitis which type has not been diagnosed. Therefore, she was admitted to our department for further evaluation and treatment.
