셀프리더십이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향: 직업전문학교 학생의 사례에서 진로결정수준의 매개효과를 중심으로

초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of self-leadership on career preparation behavior, and also to identify the mediating effect of career decision level in the case of vocational training school student. For the study, a questionnaire survey was conducted for students of degree programs at vocational training school in Seoul and total 470 questionnaires were used in the analysis. The results are as follows. First, self-leadership affected significant influences to career preparation behavior. Second, behavior focused strategies and natural award strategies among sub-factor self-leadership affected significant influences to career decision level, but constructive thought strategies of the self-leadership were displayed as not affecting significant influences. Third, career decision level affected significant influences to career search item through surrounding persons, career searches utilizing special tools and the effort behaviors for achieving goals among sub-factors of career preparation behavior. Finally, the study demonstrated the partial mediating relationship of career decision level on relations between self-leadership and career preparation behavior.
