공동주택 마감재 선정의 Life Cycle 단계별 정보지원 모델에 관한 연구

초록

In cost of apartment construction, cost of finish works is great importance. In construction work, frame work is important, but management of finish work be given more weight. To choose of finishing materials, variety of imformation are offered by construction life cycle-planning phase, design phase, construction phase, maintenance phase. The finish items are determined with the result of market needs and analysis in apartment planning phase, finigh material leads to construction phase reflected design intentions in design phase. In construction phase, we work in finish materials that desided in pre-construction phase, and of all the issues that trouble work should be improved future plan. We can apply the best choice information of finish material to future project by studying quality defect in maintenance phase. The purpose of this study is the suggetion of information to choose the best finish material in construction life cycle of apartment works.
